Your order moves through multiple stages — stone selection, cutting, polishing, and setting — each executed by skilled artisans. Once complete, it's carefully packaged and shipped to over 160 countries through trusted global courier networks.

After crafting is complete, your piece ships within 7–15 business days (Standard) or 5–7 business days (Express). Shipping time from dispatch varies by destination.
Do I receive tracking information?
Tracking is available on request. Simply email us at hello@aurevynparis.com with your order number and we'll send it right over.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and updated address.
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
We'll make it right. Contact us immediately at hello@aurevynparis.com if anything is wrong upon delivery. All orders are insured.
