Our moissanite gemstones are chosen for their exceptional cut and clarity — stones that outshine a diamond to the naked eye. If you receive your piece and feel the brilliance doesn't live up to our promise, we'll refund you. Simply compare it side-by-side with a diamond of the same cut. If you see a visible difference in sparkle, we want to hear from you.
How it works:
- Request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order
- Share a photo of your Aurevyn piece alongside a diamond of the same cut
- Return the item in its original packaging
A $25 CAD service fee applies to all returns to cover restocking and inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Every Aurevyn piece is handcrafted specifically for you. But if it's not quite what you hoped for, we won't make it difficult. Our no-hassle return policy means you can try your piece for up to 30 days and return it if you're not satisfied — no lengthy explanations required.
How it works:
- Purchase directly from aurevynparis.com
- On the day you place your order, email hello@aurevynparis.com with the subject line: "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee"
- Try your piece for up to 30 days — if you're not satisfied, reply to that same email thread to request your refund
- Return the item in its original packaging via a trackable mail service within 45 days of delivery
Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Service fees:
- $25 CAD for standard returns (925 silver and gold vermeil pieces)
- $199 CAD for solid gold pieces (covers reprocessing and materials)
Non-refundable shipping costs:
- Standard Shipping — free orders over $250 CAD; otherwise standard rate applies
- Express Shipping — $35 CAD (non-refundable)
Size Exchanges & Store Credit
Wrong size? Changed your mind? We'll sort it.
You can request a size exchange or store credit within 90 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To get started:
- Email hello@aurevynparis.com with the subject line: "Exchange Request"
- Include your order number and specify your request — new size, different style, or store credit
- Ship the item using a trackable mail service to the address we provide
The same service fees as above apply to exchanges.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing something:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aurevynparis.com with photos or a short video
- If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue store credit at no charge
- You may be asked to return the original item before a replacement is dispatched
No restocking fee is charged for errors on our end — ever.
Important Notes
- Custom, personalised, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Returns and exchanges are only valid for purchases made directly on aurevynparis.com
- Items that have been resized or modified by anyone other than Aurevyn Paris are not eligible
- Shipping delays do not qualify as grounds for a refund — production and transit times are estimates and may vary
- Please do not refuse or reject your delivery — unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds

Can I return without the original packaging?
No — original packaging is required for all returns and exchanges to ensure items are protected in transit.
Can I return a gift?
Returns and exchanges can only be initiated by the original purchaser.
Are returns free?
Return shipping and service fees apply as outlined above. We recommend using a trackable mail service — Aurevyn Paris is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
What if I miss the 30-day window?
You may still qualify for a store credit or size exchange within 90 days, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
