How to measure

Print at 100%

Set your printer to Actual Size. Do not scale to fit. This ensures the measurement strip is accurate.

Cut & Wrap

Cut the strip below. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps.

03

Measure & Match

Measure the strip to your mark in mm. Find your size in the chart below.

Pro tip

Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. If you are between sizes, always size up for comfort.

Print this page at 100% (Actual Size) and cut along the dotted line.

Before printing In your print dialog, set paper size to Letter or A4 and scaling to 100% / Actual Size. Never use "Fit to Page."
After cutting Wrap the strip snugly around the base of your finger. Mark the overlap point. Lay flat and measure to your mark in mm. Find that number in the chart above.
